Artist BIO: New York techno stalwart Avision (Anthony Cardinale), who started DJing at 12 and landed his first residency at 15, has emerged as a leading force in the city’s new wave of techno with his acclaimed debut album In My Mind on Maceo Plex’s Ellum Audio praised by DJ Mag as a masterful blend of melodic techno and maximal house. Releasing on labels like Drumcode, Hardgroove, and Truncate while playing iconic venues including Brooklyn Mirage, Time Warp, EDC Las Vegas, Space Miami, and Watergate Berlin, he recently launched the Ground Rule Collective—a multidisciplinary outlet for music, events, clothing, art, and food—kicking off with a recurring party series at Superior Ingredients and his debut apparel drop.
